Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00pm EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping is on us for every order of $35 or more — it is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Since one jar is a month of joint support, stocking up is an easy way to unlock free shipping and keep your dog covered.
Fresh & Ships from the USA
Every jar is packed and shipped from the United States. Our Hip & Joint Soft Chews are shelf-stable and travel well at normal temperatures, so there is no special handling required — just open, reseal, and store in a cool, dry place when they arrive.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you. Photos of any damage help us resolve things faster.
