Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00pm EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping is on us for every order of $35 or more, it is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Since one jar is a month of joint support, stocking up is an easy way to unlock free shipping and keep your dog covered.
Fresh & Ships from the USA
Every jar is packed and shipped from the United States. Our Hip & Joint Soft Chews are shelf-stable and travel well at normal temperatures, so there is no special handling required, just open, reseal, and store in a cool, dry place when they arrive.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in development, sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you. Photos of any damage help us resolve things faster.
